We want you to love your Luvia frame. If something isn't right, here's how we've got you covered:
- 2-day returns — Item must be unused and in original condition. Customer covers return shipping.
- 2-day exchanges — Reach out within 3 days of receiving your order if you'd like a different item.
- Defective or wrong item? We'll make it right, fully on us.
- Not eligible: Sale items and custom/personalized orders are final sale.

All Luvia Frames come with a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects and lighting issues under normal use.
