Refund policy
At Luvia Frames, every order is packed with care. But if something doesn't meet your expectations, we're here to help.
Returns — 14 Days
You may return your item within 14 days of the delivery date, provided the following conditions are met:
- The item is unused and in its original condition
- The original packaging is intact
- You have proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Please note: return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for lost returns.
Exchanges — 3 Days
If you'd like to exchange your item for a different one, you must reach out within 3 days of receiving your order. The item must be unused and in its original condition. Exchange shipping costs are covered by the customer.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, we'll replace it or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you. Just reach out within 3 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and we'll sort it out immediately.
Non-Eligible Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Items purchased on sale or as part of a promotion
- Custom and personalized orders (Customize Yours collection)
- Items that have been used, altered, or returned without original packaging
